Membership at Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or is a volunteer in Bedford-Stuyvesant or Bushwick. Immediate family members are also invited to join.
• A completed Membership Application (a Personal Checking account is optional).
• Proof of address: A bill or any letter mailed to you with your name and current address is acceptable.
• Government-issued Photo ID
• Social Security Card or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN): Acceptable proof of SSN include a Social Security card, W-2, tax return or letter from the Social Security Administration. Your SSN is not displayed on your passport, license or birth certificate.
• Application fee ($25) plus $5 minimum balance
