Sign up for Direct Deposit and your paycheck can automatically be sent to your Fleur de Lis FCU account. You can have money distributed within your account, to other accounts or pay on a loan.
Have your retirement or social security payment directly deposited into your
account and have immediate access to it on the first day of the month. No worry
about losing it, having it stolen from the mail, or receiving late delivery.
Payroll Deduction
Have funds deposited directly into your credit union account from your paycheck.
Choose to have a specific amount or the entire amount deposited. Then direct the
credit union to use these funds to deposit into your savings account, checking
account, Christmas Club account, or to pay your loans. It’s that simple.
Credit Union Shared Branching
Basic credit union financial transactions can be conducted at all shared service
centers and participating branches. Make deposits, withdrawals, loan payments,
or transfer funds. Purchase money orders, traveler’s checks, and stamps.
Simply walk into one of the locations, tell them you are a member of LPHWFCU,

Voice Response System (CUFAST)
For your convenience, with a touch-tone phone, you can access our automated
voice response system. Here you can obtain account information, review account
activity, perform transactions, or obtain general information.
This is an invaluable service, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week—including holidays! Please check with a member service representative
for your account number and password.

ATM-ATM System
ATM services are now available. ATM withdrawals can be done at ATM machines
that display the Credit Union 24, Member Access, Pulse and Cirrus network symbols.
Deposits can be made at most CU 24 machines. There are no fees when you use a
Credit Union 24 CU Here machine. For location of CU Here machines click

Fax Service
Fleur de Lis FCU has a fax service available. Call the office for details (504) 838-5456.
Traveler's Checks
American Express Traveler’s Checks are available for a fee of $1.00 per
hundred. Dual signature Traveler’s Checks are available for a fee of $2.00
per hundred.
Money Orders
Money orders for up to $1,000 are available for a fee
of $1.25 per money order.
U S Postage Stamps
44 cent U S Postage stamps are available at our offices
in packs of 20 at actual cost ($8.80 per pack of 20).
Credit Reports
A copy of your credit report is available for a minimum charge and as easy
as clicking on any of the following links:www.experian.com,
www.equifax.com or www.transunion.com.
Two (2) guides are available, one for U.S. autos and one for imports. These
guides show all dealer costs and sticker prices of most automobiles for the current
year.
